TRANSZAP Announces First Mobile Approval System for Field Operations - Launches Customer Beta Program for Spendworks Unplugged Edition™

DENVER and HOUSTON - October 18, 2004- Transzap, Inc.* a leading provider of digital data based solutions today announced the beta release of Spendworks Unplugged Edition™, the industry's first mobile approval system for field operations. Spendworks Unplugged Edition provides field management with the ability to electronically review and approve invoices, field tickets and work orders from the field, with or without connection to the Internet.
