Richard D. Slack, President / Chief Executive Officer

Richard Slack is Transzap's President and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the strategic direction, operations and growth of the company. He has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with the majority dedicated to developing, marketing, and selling software products and services. Prior to joining Transzap, Mr. Slack held a variety of senior level strategic operations roles at leading software technology companies in the oil and gas industry. Under his guidance, two of the companies that he most recently led were recognized as some of the fastest growing companies in the North America by Inc. magazine and Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Slack holds a B.A. degree in Geology from the University of California and an M.S. degree in Geophysics from the University of Houston.

David A. Kempf, Chief Financial Officer

David Kempf is Transzap’s Chief Financial Officer and has over 20 years experience leading the strategic financial operations of companies in the technology sector. Prior to joining Transzap, Mr. Kempf served as CFO at several companies, including InPhase Technologies Inc., a venture-backed holographic storage company; Picolight, Inc.; Loanbright, Inc.; and International Verifact. He was also acting COO/CFO for BioMedical Technology Solutions, a publicly held biomedical disposal waste equipment company. In addition, Mr. Kempf has held senior level positions with AMBIS, Ectron Corp., AMETEK, and Redken Labs, and received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from United States International University.

Jimmy L. Allison, Vice President

Jim Allison is Transzap's Vice President, and he serves as the company's assistant corporate secretary and assistant treasurer. Mr. Allison has worked in the global energy industry for more than 25 years. He has extensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry and has served in a variety of management positions. Mr. Allison joined Transzap in 2001. He has a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Glenville State College, and he is an active member of COPAS - Colorado (the Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies) and has served as the president of the organization as well as on its Board of Directors.

Michael Corbett, Vice President, Marketing

Michael Corbett is Transzap's Vice President of Marketing and brings over 24 years of extensive SaaS-based experience, having previously served in a number of senior marketing and strategic development management roles at leading technology companies, including IHS, Quark and Micromedia. Most recently, Michael served as the Vice President of Marketing Operations for OnTargetJobs where he was responsible for establishing and executing the company’s marketing strategy, which increased brand engagement by 48%, resulting in record-breaking annual revenue growth for the company of over 21%. Mr. Corbett holds a B.A. degree in Management from the University of Oklahoma.

Chris Dinkler, Vice President, Sales

Chris Dinkler is Transzap's Vice President of Sales and has over 20 years of oil and gas accounting and software sales experience. Prior to joining Transzap, Mr. Dinkler held senior level sales positions with P2 Energy Solutions, WellPoint Systems, and BOLO Systems where he was responsible for building high-performance, scalable, solution-oriented sales organizations that met and exceeded corporate revenue growth targets. Under his leadership, Mr. Dinkler has provided companies with consistent year over year revenue growth, and as VP Sales, he was instrumental in driving revenue at two companies which were subsequently recognized as some of the fastest growing in North America. Mr. Dinkler holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Sterling College.

Michael Weiss, Vice President, Software Engineering

Michael Weiss is Transzap's Vice President of Software Engineering and has over 25 years of experience in oil and gas software engineering and high-tech operations. Prior to joining Transzap, Mr. Weiss served as a Vice President of Software Development for Halliburton Energy Solutions, where he managed over 200 development employees and was responsible for delivering products that generated over $400 million in revenue per year. Mr. Weiss has also served as Chief Technology Officer for WellPoint Systems, where he was responsible for managing a diverse product portfolio. Mr. Weiss holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the State University of New York. He also sits on the board of directors for Metro Volunteers.
